Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Eureka, California. The organization provides care for high-risk obstetric patients within a culturally diverse population. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, or neonatal care. Candidates are required to bring their California state license on the first day of assignment.

- Required Qualifications: Current California license, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), AWHONN Intermediate, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, or neonatal care, with proficiency in Epic charting system.
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-risk obstetric care, advanced fetal monitoring, and neonatal assessments.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Travelers are first to float within their scope to meet facility needs. References covering a 1-year period (or 6 months for CNAs) are required, as well as a copy of all relevant certifications.
