Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) — Carthage, Tennessee. The organization is seeking an RN to support Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum units, providing care for maternity patients and newborns. Candidates must bring their RN license on the first day and be ready to support fetal monitoring as assigned.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure to work in Tennessee; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) prior to start; Labor and Delivery experience; fetal monitoring experience; ability to perform in the Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum units
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and Meditech; Centricity experience (not required); couplet care experience
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Tennessee Abuse Registry state-specific check is required for all clinical staff assigned in Tennessee; results are required prior to assignment start date
