Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery is needed in Bemidji, Minnesota. Job Details:

- Shift: 12-hour variable shifts, day/night rotation, includes weekends, with every third weekend off
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; active Minnesota (MN) state registered nurse license; two years of OB and labor and delivery experience; experience with EPIC One Chart electronic medical record system; ability to float to Med-Surg and Telemetry units.

- Additional Information: Orientation includes equipment and unit training on the first day; clinicians are required to badge in and out at the facility. The nurse-to-patient ratios follow AWHONN standards: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surg patients, and 1:3-4 pediatrics. The unit has a trauma level 3 designation and utilizes EPIC One Chart for charting. The position involves working in an acute care setting with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
