Job Summary:
The Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse position is located in Duluth, Georgia. This role involves providing specialized procedural care within the interventional radiology specialty. Job Details:
- Location: Duluth, Georgia
- Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, varying shifts, 4 to 9 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Radiology nursing experience preferred but must be ICU, Emergency Room (ER), or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) trained
- Additional Information: The role involves servicing patients in radiology, often providing intravenous (IV) sedation. Candidates should be experienced in ICU, ER, or PACU settings. Call shifts are required — three weekday call shifts per month and one weekend call shift per month.
