Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse — Summit, New Jersey
A Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit provides patient-centered care by applying the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients served. Under a Shared Governance model, the role collaborates with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights (7p - 7a), 12 hours per shift; minimum 36.0 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; valid New Jersey Nursing License; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least 1 year of Critical Care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
