- Required Qualifications: Ability to care for critically ill patients, ICU nursing experience, ability to monitor rhythm strips, recognize changes, and escalate to physicians timely, certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), experience with Meditech Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and a valid license.
- Schedule: Night shifts of 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week, with every other weekend work and no on-call responsibilities.
- Additional Information: This position involves caring for high-acuity patients, including ventilator management and bedside procedures such as intubation, bronchoscopy, SLED, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and cardioversions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to PCU, Telemetry, or ER (only to take hold patients, not ER patients).
