Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position available in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing advanced patient care within a specialized ICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Des Moines, Iowa
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid ICU registered nurse license, current AHA (American Heart Association) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and demonstrated ICU nursing experience. No minimum years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position involves working every other weekend and every other holiday. July 3 and 4 are required working days. The role requires adherence to facility policies, including specific procedures related to ICU care.
