Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) located in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves providing specialized care for high-acuity cardiac patients requiring advanced clinical interventions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.

- Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Missouri license (MO) or compact license; 2 years of cumulative ICU and cardiac care experience; certifications include ACLS and BLS; vaccinations required (flu vaccine); experience with arterial line management, ventilator management, blood product administration, intra-aortic balloon pump, LVADs, Impella, pulmonary artery monitoring, and emergency medications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system and post-cardiac surgery care.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have recent cardiac/cardiovascular ICU experience, including ventilator management, dysrhythmia interpretation, invasive line care, and managing patients with multisystem organ failure. The role entails working closely with interdisciplinary teams and supporting advanced cardiac procedures such as TAVR and valve replacements.
