Job Summary:
The ICU Cardiovascular (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse (RN) position is located in Rochester, Minnesota. This role involves caring for critically ill adult patients with complex cardiac conditions, including hemodynamic instability. The RN will support professional nursing practice by providing direct patient care, patient education, and facilitating transitions of care. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position requires one year of travel experience and two years of recent adult ICU nursing experience.

- Schedule: Rotating shift hours; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week, with day/night rotation from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730. Every third weekend required. Floating is required as needed.
- Required Qualifications: Current RN license by applicable state requirements; two years of recent acute care nursing experience including two years in a cardiac ICU; one year of recent RN travel; experience with pulmonary artery catheter, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), Impella, advanced hemodynamic monitoring and management, and ventilator management; minimum education of student or graduate of an accredited nursing program recognized by ACEN or CCNE; BLS certification; ACLS certification; must pass ECG exam during orientation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Critical care certification such as CCRN.
- Additional Information: A 13-week travel assignment; ECG exam required during orientation – must pass to continue assignment.
