Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse is needed in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a specialized critical care environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The role demands a focus on advanced hemodynamic monitoring and arterial line management, with a rotation schedule of day and night shifts.
Job Details:
- Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, arterial line experience, and no minimum years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in critical care, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, intracranial pressure (ICP) Monitoring in SICU/NCCU, ventilated patients management, use of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications, line insertion and maintenance, management of lines/tubes/drains for post-surgical patients, ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, external ventricular drains (EVD), PA line waveform interpretation, and experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Neuro Critical Care (CVCC)
- Additional Information: The role requires on-call availability. The position involves managing complex patient interventions such as arterial lines, ICP monitoring, ventilated patients, and post-surgical lines. Candidates must be prepared to assist with various invasive procedures and critical care interventions.
