Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Burn Nurse position is available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients, including those with burn injuries and other complex medical conditions. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:

- Additional Information: The ICU handles adult complex surgical patients including burns, with thermal burns constituting approximately 10% of patients. The unit operates with a closed ICU model, primarily managed by advanced practice providers (APPs), and is supported by admitting surgical teams, consultants, and in-house ICU staff physicians. The care team model includes responding clinicians supervised by attending physicians, critical care fellows, and residents.
