Job Summary:
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role involves providing outpatient hospice services, including routine visits in facilities and patient homes, with an emphasis on travel within the local area. Candidates are required to bring their Massachusetts license on the first day of work. The schedule includes working days from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

- Additional Information: RN will be expected to do 4-5 visits per day in outpatient settings, including facilities and patient homes. Travel distance is approximately 30-50 miles daily, primarily during travel to first patient and to nearby areas afterward. No local travelers are accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).
- Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission; candidates must provide availability for interview; all RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission. Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, permanent, or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted.
