Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Home Healthcare. The role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria and sound clinical judgment. The Registered Nurse also provides direction and education to non-Registered Nurse staff while maintaining flexibility with scheduling requirements.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; every other weekend.
- Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of Home Healthcare experience; OASIS experience; Home Care Home Base experience; Point of Care experience; active Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse license; current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; current skills checklist pertinent to Home Healthcare.
