- AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS — required
- AHA-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC-NALS — required
- Certified in accordance with department and facility requirements.
- Additional qualifications include the ability to collect and analyze patient data, develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Clinical skills required include critical thinking and independent judgment.
