Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) located in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves providing direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Candidates are required to bring their current Arkansas RN license on the first day of employment. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting. The shift schedule is nights, 3 days per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Rogers, Arkansas
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), 1+ years of ER experience
- Preferred Qualifications: N/A
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. EMR documentation will be completed using EPIC. The unit is a busy ER, requiring quick decision-making and teamwork.
