Job Summary:
Electrophysiology Lab (EP LAB) specialist position in a healthcare setting. This role involves supporting cardiac rhythm procedures with a focus on moderate sedation, circulation, monitoring, and assessment using Epic electronic health record systems. The assignment requires a minimum of two years of experience in an electrophysiology laboratory environment and appropriate licensing.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure on file at the time of submission, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), a minimum of two years of experience in an electrophysiology lab, and Epic electronic health record experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience in addition to circulating, monitoring, and assessment skills, particularly in moderate sedation procedures.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Orientation session scheduled for 10/21/2026. The role is for a traveler with electrophysiology lab experience. The candidate will be expected to support adult to geriatric patients with all cardiac rhythm issues. The position involves on-call duties with late stays until procedures are completed, which may result in overtime.
