Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse position is available in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory located in Round Rock, Texas. This role involves providing direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures in a multi-modality lab that includes Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, Neuro, Vascular, and Electrophysiology (EP). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position offers a schedule of days shifts with 10 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/20/2026.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at the time of hire; Licensure: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date; Certifications: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Advanced Life Support preferred; Location: Round Rock, Texas; Years of Experience: 0.0.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Life Support certification.
  • Additional Information: Candidates will assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures, perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary, and communicate patient condition to physicians before, during, and after procedures. Responsibilities include setting up, providing equipment and supplies, and documenting the plan of care. The unit uses Cerner electronic health record system and Merge Cardio hemodynamic system.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Note: Candidates must successfully complete all required certifications and obtain licensure prior to start date.
