Radiation Therapist (RTT) — Location: Not specified. This position involves providing radiation therapy to patients, working independently in a clinical setting at a cancer center with two treatment units and advanced equipment including Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE linear accelerators. The role requires multitasking and adherence to clinical protocols to support patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with potential for 4x10 hour shifts. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Radiation Therapist, valid license, and at least 1 year of experience in a hospital or similar setting.
- Additional Responsibilities: Ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced linear accelerator equipment, including ARIA record and verify systems.
- Additional Information: The candidate must be capable of working independently and managing multiple responsibilities in a busy cancer center environment. No weekends or on-call duties are required.
