Job Summary:
This position in Montana is for a Radiation Therapist at a healthcare provider. The Radiation Therapist is responsible for administering ionizing radiation for therapeutic purposes in accordance with the prescription of the Radiation Oncologist. This role involves simulation of patients for radiation therapy, basic patient care and education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Miles City, Montana
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program; current license in the state of practice if applicable; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ARRT certification; RT(T) certification in radiation therapy.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The Radiation Therapist will perform treatment simulation, develop x-rays and port films, observe patient reactions, maintain unit cleanliness, complete documentation, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and promote the organization’s mission and values.
