Job Details
- Position: Radiation Therapist (RTT)
- Location: Outpatient Radiation Oncology Department at a healthcare facility providing outpatient services
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BLS, ARRT (T), two years of experience, licensed Radiation Therapist, completion of relevant training modules prior to start date, valid certification in radiation therapy equipment operation
- Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of related work experience in radiation therapy
- Responsibilities: Administer radiation treatments accurately using Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator, monitor patient safety, maintain equipment and documentation, collaborate with team members, and provide compassionate patient care
- Additional Information: The candidate will be expected to treat up to 20 patients per day, handling stressful situations with empathy and professionalism, while aligning with organizational values. No float rotation is required.
