Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. No minimum experience required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement therapy plans for residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress according to facility protocols.
