- Additional Information: Assists the Physical Therapist in implementing therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, community re-entry training, and the use of assistive devices. Orders and instructs patients in the use of prescribed equipment and demonstrates modalities such as whirlpools, ultrasound, and therapeutic pools. Monitors patient responses, documents progress, and maintains professional and ethical relationships with patients and staff. Always adheres to safety, infection control, and clinic policies. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, including equipment sanitization and proper use of safety techniques. Participates in team conferences and shares recent literature and case studies to improve patient care.
