Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Six months to one or more years of outpatient clinical experience.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- No new graduates.
- Additional Information:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.
- Provide 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Deliver functional treatment programs designed to support patients’ return to community activities.
- Maintain clear, accurate, timely medical record documentation in approved formats.
- Provide care under valid physician orders and applicable clinical authorizations.
- Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers.
- Participate in student training and provide appropriate supervision when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
- Follow applicable state practice acts, regulatory requirements, professional standards, safety procedures, and confidentiality expectations.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute feedback to improve service delivery.
