Job Details
- Position Description: Supports the organization’s core values by delivering high-quality patient care, prioritizing safety, and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Assists in implementing treatment plans that include posture training, strengthening exercises, balance activities, and use of assistive devices.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CAPTE Certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR Certification, active applicable state license, and experience with outpatient therapy.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient responses, documenting progress, instructing patients and families, and maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment. The role emphasizes safety in patient handling and equipment use.
