Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) — Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position supports an inpatient rehabilitation program providing therapy to adult and geriatric patients with conditions including stroke-related recovery, neuro-related needs, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift (9 shift hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license; 1 year of experience; ability to work with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic (Ortho) and neuro (Neuro) conditions (neuro preferred but not required)
- Additional Information: Inpatient rehabilitation setting with patient ratios of 6 patients to 1 therapist; equipment includes standard rehab tools, Ekso NR, and REAL VR
