Job Summary:
Physical Therapist SNF position is available at an outpatient health care facility. This role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to clients in a skilled nursing facility setting, following established clinical guidelines to support patient recovery and mobility. The position is scheduled for day shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a licensed physical therapist, degree in physical therapy from an accredited program, valid state licensure, and at least 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
- Additional Information: The position is a part-time role (five days per week) with a 32-hour guarantee. The assignment begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/26/2026.
