Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in Seattle, Washington. Job Details:

  • Location: Seattle, Washington
  • Shift: 8-hour days, starting on 07/27/2026, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Washington State PT license; 2 years of Skilled SNF and/or LTC experience; current BLS certification; no certifications required beyond those listed; no travel pairs; experience with PointClickCare EMR system; experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Preferred Qualifications: Acute Care, Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Home Health, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), Neurology, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital experience; previous experience with charge roles or lead roles preferred
  • Additional Information:
    • RTO (Requested Time Off): 09/18/2026
    • Candidate must have their own transportation.
    • Traveler is expected to float between all facilities within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
    • Submission requirements include interview availability with at least three different times/dates, current copy of Nursys profile attached, current certification documents attached, and two references covering at least 1 year within the past 3 years.
    • Must include BLS certification in submission packet.
    • Note that first-time travelers are not accepted; at least 2 years of travel experience is required.
    • The position involves working in a SNF setting with adult and geriatric patients, providing skilled physical therapy services.
