Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services is needed in Oregon, Missouri. This role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care, rehabilitation, and manual techniques. Candidates must bring their Missouri State License on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Oregon, Missouri
- Shift Time: Days
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of Physical Therapist experience; Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience; Missouri State License. New graduates are acceptable provided they have Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices. Administers procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive device use, and wound care. Monitors patient progress, adjusts treatments, and evaluates outcomes. Provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and team members. Documents all clinical activities according to regulatory standards and participates in required meetings, trainings, and conferences. Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students is expected. Adheres to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) guidelines and state practice acts.
