Job Details
- Position Description: Hours guaranteed: 36 hours. Schedule: Monday through Friday, Days. Setting: SNF and Assisted Living Facility. Volumes per day: 12-16.
- Required Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SNF or similar setting, and ability to work in Devils Lake, ND.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates with experience in SNF and assisted living environments are preferred. The role may occasionally involve call or weekend coverage in case of admits, with adjustments to the schedule as needed. Candidates should be prepared to deliver direct patient care, assessment, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.
