Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and ensures documentation complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies.
