Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and ensures documentation complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and actively pursues professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards.
