Job Details
- Certifications include CPR Certification.
- Education requirements include a Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
- Experience requirement: 0 years minimum; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience is highly desired.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting Medical records accurately and timely in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.
- Participates in student supervision and provides a positive learning environment.
- Engages in ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
- Adheres to all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards, including maintaining licensure in good standing.
- Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
