Job Details
- Requires a Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, and an active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience needed.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, develops tailored treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Participates in student programs, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
- Adheres to state Practice Acts and maintains licensure in good standing, following all ethical standards and professional codes.
- Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives and actively participates in quality enhancement activities.
