Job Details
- Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited school, valid state licensure, CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop appropriate treatment goals, document medical records accurately and timely, and ensure care follows signed physician orders and insurance approvals.
- Additional Info: Participates in student training and professional development, maintains licensure in good standing, adheres to all regulatory and safety standards, and contributes to organization-wide performance improvement initiatives.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
