Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Ukiah, California. This position involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical functions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

- Schedule: Day Shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with schedules of either 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm depending on lunch break arrangements
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree — obtained license on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent; Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor; minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
