Job Summary:
Tawas City, Michigan — This outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position involves evaluating, developing, and implementing patient treatment plans in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Michigan/MI Physical Therapist License; BLS (American Heart Association); current Skills Checklist pertinent to outpatient physical therapy (valid within the last year); outpatient experience; PT experience; work history; two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years

- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: This position delegates responsibilities to the Physical Therapist Assistant and aides, focusing on patient assessment, treatment development, education, and documentation, including reviewing formal and informal testing measures and updating treatment plans as necessary.
