Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) position located in an outpatient clinical setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe, effective patient care. The position requires providing education to patients, families, and staff, while fostering a collaborative environment aligned with organizational values and safety standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable licensure for the state where work will be performed; minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously; successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously.
