Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Springfield, Vermont. This role involves providing evaluation and treatment services for patients with various diagnoses, including post-operative care, joint replacement, back pain, and balance issues. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 07/06/2026
- Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; Vermont Physical Therapy license or compact license must be uploaded with profile; 2 years of current PT experience required; previous rehab experience strongly preferred; traveler’s permanent address must be included in profile; all scheduling requests must be made at submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: CPSI EMR experience—highly preferred; previous experience working with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)—preferred; previous travel experience—strongly preferred.
- Additional Information: The community is small and lacks public transportation; candidates must have their own vehicle, which is a firm requirement. All RTO (Relocation/Time Off) requests must be included in the profile; requests made after offer may be rescinded. The outpatient clinics are closed on major holidays.
- Certifications: Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 40 hours per week; flexible to work inpatient Physical Therapy as needed.
- Other Requirements: CPSI EMR experience—highly preferred; previous experience with PTAs—preferred.
