Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the state, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, and experience with outpatient settings preferred.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on progression towards discharge within an established length of stay.
- Ensures documentation is clear, accurate, and timely, including goal writing, assessment, and billing in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Participates in student programs providing supervision and evaluation, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Engages in ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
- Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing, fulfilling all continuing education requirements.
- Applies quality improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery and safety practices.
- Demonstrates professional and ethical conduct in all organizational policies and standards.
