Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Outpatient) position is available in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This role involves evaluating patients' function, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families regarding their conditions and interventions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan
- Schedule: Days; 8 hours per shift; minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Michigan (MI) Physical Therapist License, BLS (AHA) certification, current skills checklist pertinent to outpatient physical therapy (current within 1 year), PT experience, outpatient experience, and at least 0 years of experience.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position involves delegating responsibilities to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides, assessing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients about their conditions and treatments. Submission requirements include two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years and the relevant active licenses and certifications.
