Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient therapy services in Salem, Oregon. This position involves delivering direct patient care consistent with license requirements and facility standards. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting with a focus on patient rehabilitation and recovery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience, Oregon location requirement, and at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient care settings and familiarity with specific documentation procedures outside of the facility’s standard process.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The assignment begins on 10/19/2026, with a planned end date of 04/18/2027. Candidates must complete documentation with the organization prior to clearance. The role includes equipment provided during interviews, and dress code details will be shared on the first day. Parking will be available from the first day.
