Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift (4–10 hour shifts); minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Oregon (OR) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient (OP) physical therapy OR licensure applicable to the position’s requirements
- Additional Information:
- May be asked to float to other facilities if needed.
