Job Details:

- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: NY State Physical Therapist (PT) License, over 1 year outpatient experience minimum
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years outpatient experience strongly preferred
