Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Rensselaer, Indiana. The role involves providing outpatient orthopedic therapy services, with a focus on orthopedics, neurological, and general debility patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Rensselaer, IN
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Indiana State License, CPR certification, minimum of 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience, Epic EMR proficiency
- Float: Float rotation between RS and WF outpatient locations to meet patient demands
- Type of Patients on Unit: Orthopedics, neurological, general debility
- Personality Fit: Team-oriented, flexible
- Dress Code: Scrubs in charcoal gray; unacceptable attire includes extreme hairstyles, facial jewelry or jewelry that presents a safety hazard, visible tattoos not respectful or containing offensive images or language, denim material, hats unless for religious or medical reasons, socks/stockings/footies/nylons, and unsafe or holey shoes.
- First Day Instructions: Candidates should report to the MOB building - Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy outpatient building front entrance. Parking is available behind the MOB building or between the building and the hospital.
- Additional Information: CBTs, EMR training will be completed upon arrival.
