Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred; CPR certification.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops appropriate treatment goals focused on discharge planning within established length of stay.
- Performs accurate and timely documentation including goal setting, assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry, all in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provides supervision and mentorship within student programs, creating positive learning environments and evaluating student progress.
- Engages in ongoing professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional organizations.
- Ensures care delivery complies with state practice acts and regulatory standards, maintaining licensure in good standing.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives, providing feedback to enhance service quality and safety.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with organizational values, emphasizing safety, teamwork, results orientation, and professional integrity.
- Completes assignments between 10/19/2026 and 01/18/2027.
