Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in a rural clinic setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care to promote effective return to community activities. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years of outpatient clinical experience; ability to start on 09/21/2026 and work through 12/21/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; prior assignment with the organization is nice to have.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Ensures documentation is accurate and timely, including goal writing, assessment reports, and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and mentorship. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational core values.
