Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Outpatient experience; Valid active California license; Minimum 0 years of experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Ensures documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Participates in student programs, contributes to professional development, and maintains licensure and continuing education requirements. Adheres to safety policies and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
