Job Details
- Certifications, Education, Degree, Location, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, and 0 years of minimum experience required.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 11/02/2026 and ending on 02/01/2027.
- Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops appropriate treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
- Documents medical records accurately and timely, including goal setting, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry, in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval.
- Participates in student programs, providing supervision, development, and evaluations to foster learning.
- Maintains licensure in good standing, completes mandated continuing education, and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards.
- Applies organizational performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality and contributes feedback to optimize performance outcomes.
