Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates patients and creates treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation of discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active applicable license for the state, and at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 10/26/2026 to 01/25/2027.
- Additional Responsibilities: Completes medical record documentation accurately and punctually, ensures care under signed, valid physician orders, participates in student training and professional development activities, and adheres to all regulatory and professional standards, including the organization’s performance improvement initiatives.
