Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (Specialty: PT OP) in a day shift setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective patient care within an outpatient clinical environment. The role requires providing education to patients, families, and colleagues, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; two years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; location within the designated service area; minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents patient care accurately and timely. Participates in student training programs, providing supervision and educational support. Maintains current licensure and complies with all state and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, fostering an environment of safety and professional growth.
