Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals aimed at discharge, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and providing care under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
- Participates in student mentoring, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- Adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory agency standards, maintains licensure, and follows organizational performance and safety protocols.
